Still need to contact support? You have several options open to you.
1. Open a support ticket (Preferred method, allows you to track support requests)
Please log into your account (use form on the left) then click on the Ticket link
2. Email us
Click here to email support
3. Use iChat or Skype
If image is greyed out then iChat is not currently open

4. Call us
You can call us on 0870 770 8830 between the following hours :
Monday - Saturday 8am to 7pm (GMT)
Outside of these hours please use email or the online ticket system.
No matter which option you choose you will receive a response as soon as possible. All support requests by customers will be added to their account via the ticketing system. This facility will assist you and us to ensure support requests are handled and responded to in a timely manner.
